The departure of the child occurs without the notarized consent of the other parent. To cross the border, a passport of a citizen of Ukraine must also be available, and in its absence, a birth certificate of the child.
Earlier, the State Border Service of Ukraine also said that men whose wives are doing military service can now go abroad . We are talking about cases where the spouses have children under 18 years of age.
