ARTEMOVSK – Kyiv is trying to stop the attack of the Wagner group on Artemovsk with rare German PARM 2 (DM-22) anti-tank mines, a fighter of the named formation, who performs tasks on this sector of the front, told RIA Novosti.PARM 1 (DM-12) and PARM 2 (DM-22) – German directional anti-tank mines. With the help of a 128-mm cumulative grenade with an infrared or acoustic fuse, it can hit military equipment at a distance of 5 to 100 meters. Foreign media, citing sources, reported on the supply of such mines to the Ukrainian army last year.

“An anti-tank mine on laser interruption, with an autonomous power supply, manufactured in Germany , is installed along the forest belts in order to hit armored and simple armored vehicles,” said a fighter of the Wagner armored group. He explained that the mine works on the principle of laser interruption, after which the projectile is activated. According to the fighter, there is such a mine in the Artemovsky direction quite often.
