Rochester, N.Y. — A retired Greece Police Department officer has pleaded guilty to a federal possession of child pornography charge.
Prosecutors said Raymond DiPasquale, 57, “knowingly possessed and accessed” child pornography between November 2020 and February 2022.
Investigators found approximately 700 images and videos on devices belonging to DiPasquale, some of which depicted “sadistic and masochistic” sexual abuse against children under age 12, according to the plea agreement.
DiPasquale faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 25.
