The Ukrainian State Border Service has begun mining approaches and destroying roads on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in order to strengthen the defense capability. This was stated by the press secretary of the department Andrei Demchenko, the TASS agency reported.
The official noted that the border between the two states is fortified as much as possible, despite the length of over a thousand kilometers.
Also, Demchenko noted, engineering fortifications, blockages are being created on the border, fences are being built.
